Who we are
Blue Peak Detail Co. is an owner-operated automotive detailing business serving Louisville, KY and the surrounding areas. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We only collect what you type in yourself. There are two places where that happens:
Request a Quote form — your name, email address, phone number, the vehicle (year, make and model), the service you are interested in, and your message.
Online booking — your name, email address and phone number, plus the service, vehicle type, any add-ons and the appointment time you pick.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), which is what any web server does, and they are used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer your question, send you a quote, confirm and schedule your appointment, and perform the service. If you book, we send you the confirmation and reminder emails for that appointment.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the website work: our web host, which stores the site and its database, and the email provider that delivers form notifications and booking confirmations. They process the data on our behalf and nothing more.
We will also share information if the law requires it.
Tracking and cookies
This website does not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel or any other advertising or analytics tracker, and it does not set marketing cookies.
The booking system and the quote form use functional cookies while you are filling them in — they keep your session going so the form works. The site also uses a caching layer to load faster. None of it follows you to other websites.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and appointment records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and keep our records straight. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (502) 291-6686 and we will take care of it.

Children
This website is meant for adults booking a service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page. The date below is when it was last reviewed.
